Role Summary

you will lead the design and governance of our enterprise architecture, ensuring alignment with business objectives in retail and luxury sectors. You’ll drive innovation by integrating cutting-edge technologies (e.g., AI, blockchain, AR/VR) into scalable, secure, and customer-centric solutions. Your expertise will enable us to optimize supply chains, enhance personalization, and navigate complex regulatory landscapes

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Architecture Design

Define and maintain the enterprise architecture framework (application, data, technology, business) to support global retail operations, including omnichannel sales, inventory management, and customer loyalty programs.

Technology Innovation & Digital Transformation

Evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., AI-driven demand forecasting, blockchain for authenticity verification, AR virtual try-ons) and pilot scalable implementations.

Lead the integration of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), ERP platforms (e.g., SAP), and e-commerce ecosystems to enable seamless cross-border transactions and inventory visibility.

Data Governance & Compliance

Ensure architecture compliance with global data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, China’s PIPL) and luxury-specific standards for client confidentiality.

Design secure data architectures for high-net-worth customer segmentation, ensuring zero-tolerance for breaches (reference: Dior’s data incident lessons).

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with supply chain, marketing, and store operations teams to align technology solutions with retail workflows (e.g., dynamic pricing, omnichannel fulfillment).

Oversee third-party partnerships (e.g., logistics providers, payment gateways) to maintain architectural integrity and performance.

Risk Management & Optimization

Identify and mitigate technical debt in legacy systems (e.g., monolithic ERP migrations to cloud-native platforms).
