Job Description
Job Duties:
l Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to evaluate clients' cognitive and emotional functioning.
l Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions (e.g., CBT, Person-Centered Therapy) for individuals and groups.
l Diagnose mental health disorders using DSM-5 or ICD-11 criteria and develop treatment plans.
l Offer consultation to staff and faculty regarding student/client mental health trends.
l Relevant working experience with SEN training is an advantage
Requirements:
l Master or doctorate degree in Counseling Psychology and Registered Counseling Psychologist of the "Hong Kong Psychological Society" preferred
l Two years or above of post-education related experiences is preferred; fresh Graduate will also be considered;
l Knowledge and clinical skills in conducting psychological assessment and intervention in a spectrum of psychopathologies, including post-traumatic stress and related mental disorders
l Fluent in English and Chinese, with good computer skills in MS Office and Chinese Word processing
l Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with diverse populations.
l Proficiency in crisis intervention and case management.
l Pleasant personality, enjoy working with people and able to work under pressure
l Relevant working experience with SEN training is an advantage
