Job Responsibilities

1. Provide one-to-one teaching services in psychology according to students’ individual needs to ensure learning effectiveness.

2. Tutor students to complete their homework and provide detailed feedback to help improve their understanding and expression skills.

3. Based on students’ learning progress and performance, design personalized learning plans and adjust them regularly to achieve goals.

4. Ensure consistent and stable teaching quality by completing the pre-class preparation, classroom teaching, and post-class feedback process

5. Participate in the company's teaching and research activities, exchange teaching experiences with the team, and continuously improve professional skills and teaching techniques.

Work requirements

1. Graduated from a top 100 QS world university with all English teaching, majoring in psychology or related social science fields (such as philosophy, sociology, etc.) are given priority.

2. Have solid knowledge of psychology, familiar with academic standards and course requirements of Hong Kong universities.

3. Proficient in Mandarin, with good English communication skills, able to fluently use Chinese and English for teaching and document writing.

4. Have relevant teaching or coaching experience, and be able to effectively guide students to think and enhance their learning motivation.

5. Have a sense of responsibility and patience, be good at observing students’ learning situations, and be able to adjust teaching strategies in real time to accommodate individual differences.
