Responsibilities:

· Handle all purchasing activities including sourcing, purchasing and delivery

· Develop and implement purchasing strategies and policies to align with organizational goals.

· Identify, evaluate, and select vendors, negotiate contracts and pricing, and maintain ongoing relationships.

· Manage purchasing department budgets, track expenses, and implement cost-saving initiatives.

· Review and process purchase orders, ensure compliance, and manage the procurement process from requisition to delivery.

· Coordinate with inventory control to determine and manage supply needs and monitor inventory levels.

· Monitor suppliers’ performance to ensure high standard of products

· Work closely with Operations and external parties to ensure smooth day-to-day operation

Requirements:

· A diploma holder or above in purchasing & supplies or related disciplines

· 5+years’ relevant experience preferably in Manufacturing

· Good command of both written and spoken English, Putonghua and Cantonese

· Independent, responsible and able to handle multi-tasks; excellent problem-solving

· A good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills

· Proficiency in PC skills

· Immediate available is preferred

Working location: Dongguan, China and Vietnam mainly, in Hong Kong (Work from Home option) occasionally
