Our client, our client Japanese trading company now seeking for a high caliber individual to join their team as Japanese-speaking, QA assistant manager (Ref No: #682522)

Job Descriptions:

· Investigate, track, and evaluate quality control (QC) issues for OEM products across multiple ports.

· Develop and implement internal testing protocols during product development, documenting and presenting findings.

· Perform audits at OEM manufacturing facilities and track corrective action progress.

· Coordinate with third-party laboratories for product testing and analyze test reports.

· Address and resolve quality-related concerns between factories and internal teams.

· Supervise the QC team’s daily activities to ensure compliance with customer specifications.

· Assess product labeling and instructional materials, recommending updates as needed.

· Complete additional duties as directed by management.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline (e.g., Quality Assurance, Life Sciences, Business Administration).

· Minimum 5 years of QA experience, ideally in the pharmaceutical or dietary supplement industry.

· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

· Excellent organizational abilities with experience handling concurrent projects.

· Japanese language skills at N2 level or higher.
