Job Description
Duties:
Requirements:
Basic requirements
Bachelor's degree or above, food science and engineering, food quality and safety, etc. food-related professional is preferred;
Careful and responsible, with good cross-departmental communication and promotion skills, stress resistance, and the ability to adapt to high-intensity work during the audit period.
Work experience requirements
2 years or above food factory QA full-time work experience, with liquid food, bar / soft packaging food, aseptic filling factory work experience is preferred;
Have fully participated in SC certification, third-party system audit, regulatory flight inspection or customer factory audit preparation, acceptance and improvement work.
Skill requirements
Proficient in the food industry HACCP, ISO22000, GMP system core requirements, familiar with liquid food production related national standards and compliance requirements;
Able to independently formulate quality control standards, handle production quality abnormalities, and independently complete the writing and implementation of quality documents;
Proficient in Office office software, familiar with basic quality analysis tools, and with basic quality training abilities.
