<p>Duties:</p><ol><li>Responsible for the quality supervision of the entire laboratory testing process, ensuring that the method, operation, and data comply with the regulations, and approving the test report.</li><li>Establish and maintain a laboratory quality management system to ensure compliance with standards and lead internal and external audits.</li><li>Manage laboratory instruments, standards, and critical reagents to ensure their traceability and controlled state.</li><li>Organize and implement quality control activities (such as capability validation, comparative experiments), and be responsible for deviation investigation and handling.</li><li>Lead the QC team, responsible for personnel training, work scheduling and performance management, and improving team technical skills.</li></ol><p>Requirements:</p><ol><li>Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in electronic engineering, materials science, and other related fields. </li><li>5 years of testing or laboratory work experience, with at least 2 years of laboratory quality management or team leader experience.</li><li>Proficient in ISO/AS9120/AS6081 and other system standards, familiar with detection method validation, equipment management and uncertainty evaluation; Have solid laboratory operation skills.</li><li>Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, good at discovering and solving quality problems, and good communication and team management skills.</li><li>Applicants with CNAS, CMA, etc. laboratory accreditation evaluation experience are preferred.</li></ol>
