About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and detail‑oriented QA Officer to support our food safety management system, daily QA/QC operations, and customer requirements. The role will play a key part in maintaining ISO22000 compliance and supporting the transition to FSSC22000.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Maintain and improve ISO22000 documentation; support upgrade to FSSC22000.

• Perform routine QA/QC checks (receiving, temperature, metal detector) and conduct hygiene inspections.

• Coordinate with external service providers (cleaning chemicals, pest management).

• Provide hygiene training and on‑site coaching to food handling staff.

• Handle customer audits/visits, product specifications, and related documents.

• Ensure legal compliance, such as labelling and food additive requirements.

• Manage supplier evaluations and Health Certificate verification.

• Execute verification and sampling plans for products and processing environments.

• Liaise with production, engineering, warehouse, and sales teams on quality-related issues.

• Perform ad‑hoc duties as required.

What We’re Looking for

• Higher Diploma in Food Science or related disciplines or above.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in quality control or inspection within the food or catering industry.

• Certified Internal Auditor for ISO 22000 / HACCP and/or holder of FEHD Hygiene Manager qualification is an advantage.

• Strong problem‑solving skills with good interpersonal communication.

• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.

• Proficient in computer skills, especially in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Well‑organised, self‑motivated, and detail‑oriented.
