Responsibilities:

• Conduct inspection at outlets in daily basis and generate simple reports in timely manner.

• Communicate and work closely between outlets and factory to enhance the food quality and hygiene standard in every steps.

• Review and update guidelines by observations and experiments for outlets to meet our company's requirement.

• Investigate, analyze and follow up the quality complaints and suggest plans to avoid recurrence.

• Under the principles of food safety and occupational safety, develop trainings of correctly handlings all kinds of products in outlet.

• Assist in other ad-hoc projects as assigned.

• Diploma or above in Food Science or related discipline.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing.

• Candidate with more experience may be considered as Assistant Officer.
