Job Description

Job Title: QC Inspector

Overview

The QC Inspector is responsible for evaluating incoming components and ensuring that inspection procedures meet customer specifications and quality standards. This role focuses on identifying discrepancies, documenting findings, and facilitating the transfer of products to the next stage of verification. The inspector will carry out quality control tasks as required to maintain product integrity and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Verify received parts against purchase orders and customer specifications.
  • Organize and manage incoming inventory efficiently.
  • Check product conformity with data sheet requirements during inspection.
  • Enter accurate product information into the receiving system.
  • Handle non-conforming materials in line with the established quality management procedures.
  • Label approved items for packaging according to customer instructions.
  • Prepare inspected stock for shipment.
  • Complete all required inspection documentation promptly and accurately.
  • Identify, report, and assist in resolving quality discrepancies.
  • Support the implementation and improvement of quality processes and procedures.

  • Proficient knowledge of keyboards, processors, etc.  Proficient computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Word/Excel.  Possess excellent communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to read and write in English.  Must be able to pass drug screen and criminal background check prior to hire.
  • Quality Control Inspector

    Job Responsibilities
  • Check incoming parts against purchase orders and customer specifications to ensure they meet quality requirements.
  • Effectively organize and manage the acceptance process for incoming materials.
  • In the testing process, compare the product's technical parameters with the data sheet (data sheet) to ensure consistency.
  • Enter the correct product information accurately into the receiving system to ensure data integrity.
  • After completing the inspection, arrange for inventory to be ready for shipment to ensure a smooth process.
  • Fill out all necessary inspection documents and records in real time and in full.
  • Support the execution of quality processes, internal audits, and continuous improvement activities.

Work requirements

  • Have at least two years of quality inspection experience, those with electronic component inspection background are preferred.
  • Familiar with quality standards and compliance regulations, understand basic quality management tools and processes.
  • Have good organizational skills and time management techniques, and be able to effectively handle multiple tasks.
  • Highly focus on details, pursue accuracy and operational consistency.
  • Able to work steadily in a fast-paced environment and maintain work efficiency despite pressure.
  • Have a team spirit, be able to effectively communicate and collaborate with people from different departments.
  • Proficient in operating computers and related technical equipment, familiar with inventory management systems and quality management systems operations.
  • Have basic computer skills and be able to use Microsoft Word and Excel software fluently.
  • Have basic knowledge of hardware devices such as keyboards, processors, etc.
  • Have excellent oral and written communication skills, able to read and write English fluently.
  • Able to comply with all health and safety procedures and regulations set by Rand Company and the state government.
