Job Description
Role and Responsibilities:
Collaborate with quantitative researchers to integrate trading strategies into production systems.
Refine and integrate existing trading systems and architectures to enhance strategies performance.
Optimize existing codebases for low latency and efficiency in a real-time trading environment.
Work closely with quantitative researcher teams to gather business needs and deliver high-quality solutions.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
Proven experience in software development, preferably in a quantitative finance environment.
Strong programming skills in Python, with familiarity in other high-performance languages such as C++.
Strong understanding of Linux developing environment.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
