Job Summary:<br><br>We are seeking a strategic and client-focused Wealth Management and Protection Manager. This role is central to providing comprehensive financial advice to high-net-worth individuals and families. You will be responsible for not only growing client assets through sophisticated investment strategies but also for protecting their wealth across generations. You will serve as a trusted advisor, designing holistic plans that integrate investment management with robust risk mitigation and succession planning.<br><br>Key Responsibilities:<br><br>· Wealth Management: Conduct in-depth financial analyses to understand client goals. Develop and manage customized investment portfolios across various asset classes.<br>· Wealth Protection: Identify key risks to client assets (e.g., legal, familial, business). Design and implement strategic solutions for asset protection, utilizing instruments such as trusts, insurance, and estate planning tools.<br>· Client & Estate Planning: Lead the creation and execution of sophisticated succession and estate plans to ensure the smooth and tax-efficient transfer of wealth.<br>· Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with clients, providing ongoing advice and adapting strategies as their needs evolve.<br><br>Qualifications & Experience:<br><br>· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field. Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CFP, CFA, CPA) are highly preferred.<br>· 5+ years of proven experience in wealth management, private banking, or family office services, with a strong focus on asset protection and estate planning.<br>· Deep technical knowledge of investment products, trust structures, insurance solutions, and cross-border estate planning.<br>· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to a discerning clientele.
