One. Job Description: Responsible for supervising and managing the daily operation of the metal frame engineering project, ensuring that the project is completed on time, safely, within budget and quality standards. Directly coordinate with the owner, subcontractor and internal team to ensure the smooth progress of the project.
II. Main responsibilities:
1. Project supervision and progress management:
· Monitor the construction progress of the metal canopy project to ensure compliance with the construction schedule.
· Regularly inspect the construction site to check the quality of the work, safety measures and material usage.
· Prepare and update engineering progress reports and timely report to management.
2. Subcontractor Management:
· Coordinate and supervise subcontractors' work to ensure it meets contract requirements and safety standards.
· Arrange subcontractor's construction schedule, solve on-site collaboration issues.
3. Owner and customer coordination:
· Serve as the main liaison with the owner and customer, regularly reporting on project progress.
· Process owner inquiries, requests and feedback to ensure smooth communication.
4. Safety Management and Compliance:
· Ensure that all construction site activities comply with Hong Kong safety regulations (such as the Factory and Industrial Undertakings Ordinance).
· Implement safety measures to prevent accidents and chair safety meetings.
5. Files and Administrative Work:
· Process engineering files, including construction records, contract files, and acceptance reports.
· Assist in the preparation of project budgets and cost control.
Three, position requirements
1. Secondary school diploma or above, majoring in engineering, architecture or related fields is preferred.
2. Preference will be given to those with metal frame or construction project management experience.
3. Good communication and coordination skills, able to effectively cooperate with owners, subcontractors and teams.
4. Have problem-solving skills to deal with sudden situations on the construction site.
5. Strong sense of responsibility, attention to details and safety awareness.
6. Proficient in Cantonese, basic English, and Mandarin communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and engineering-related software.
8. Preference will be given to those with a Hong Kong safety supervisor (silver card) or relevant safety certificate.
