Create property listings & promoting them through digital platforms.
Schedule and conduct property viewings for potential tenants or buyers.
Facilitate residential/commercial property transactions including selling, purchasing, and selling.
Job Title: Property Agent
Job Responsibilities:Utilize multiple channels, accurately search and match customers’ ideal homes
Reception of customers, arrange for customers to inspect properties (viewing), introduce the characteristics of the building and its surroundings.
Understand the needs of both buyers and sellers and provide professional property information to customers.
Negotiate prices and transaction terms, handle pre-booking sales contracts or leases
Have good communication skills and negotiation techniques, familiar with market housing prices and related laws and regulations
