Job Description
- Responsible for the purchase and sale and leasing of residential and commercial properties, including property inspection, customer reception, property viewing, price negotiation, and transaction document processing.
- Through phone calls, social platforms and community activities, etc., actively develop potential customers, establish and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Aged 18 or above, holding a valid Hong Kong real estate agency license (currently no license, will register and take the exam).
- Positive work attitude, high level of self-discipline, able to withstand reasonable business pressure and self-plan daily work rhythm and goals.
