Investment Officer

Salary: Up to HK$35,000 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Working Hours: 09:30 – 18:00 (Monday to Friday)

Our team focuses on high-quality investments across Hong Kong, the United States, and other strategic markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform real estate investment analysis and support deal sourcing and evaluation in Hong Kong, the US, and international markets.

• Prepare detailed financial reports, investment memoranda, and professional presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key parties, including partners, investors, agents, and other professionals.

• Assist with portfolio monitoring, market research, due diligence, and ad-hoc investment projects.

• Contribute to investment strategy development and execution in a collaborative team environment.

Requirements

• Proven investment experience in real estate, private equity, asset management, or closely related fields (mandatory).

• Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modeling, reporting, and presentation preparation.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.

• Degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Business, or a related discipline preferred.

• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Cantonese and Mandarin is an advantage.

• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to perform well in a fast-paced corporate setting.
