Job Description
Job Responsibilities
Responsible for daily customer reception work, provide professional and sincere services, and ensure customers have a good visiting experience
Answer incoming calls and process customer inquiries through WhatsApp and other instant messaging platforms, and properly schedule treatment appointment times
Open service tickets in the system, accurately execute payment and receipt procedures, and ensure clear and error-free financial records
Assist with handling daily store administrative affairs, including data input, file sorting and archiving
Coordinate front-end and back-end communication, support beauticians and other colleagues, and maintain smooth store operations
Work requirements
One or more years of customer reception or front desk service experience, those with beauty industry-related experience are given priority
Second 5 or above, with basic education qualification certification
Proficient in computer operations, fluent in Chinese and English typing, and able to quickly and accurately process various electronic documents
Have good communication skills, friendly and polite tone, proactive work attitude and team spirit
Hard-working and reliable, responsible for your work, and able to withstand a certain amount of work pressure
Working area:
• Tsim Sha Tsui/Causeway Bay
Working hours: Monday to Friday (11:45-21:15), Saturday, Sunday, public holidays (9:45-19:15)
