The Manager:

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join our expanding team. The primary responsibility will be to generate CVs for Manager/ Officer while building and leading your own recruitment team. This role requires strong leadership skills and a proactive approach to attract and engage potential candidates

Job Description:

● Develop and implement effective strategies to source and attract qualified candidates for insurance agent positions.

● Recruit, train, and manage a small team of recruitment professionals focused on generating CVs and enhancing recruitment efforts.

● Utilize various platforms, including job boards, social media, and networking, to gather CVs and identify potential candidates.

● Create compelling content and communications that promote the benefits of becoming an insurance agent with our company. In

● Conduct initial screenings and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit.

● Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and align recruitment strategies with business goals.

● Maintain a candidate database and track recruitment metrics to evaluate effectiveness and improve processes.

● Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities, team

● performance, and overall outcomes to senior management.

● Candidates with lesser Academic & Working Experiences may start with Officer. Promotion to Manager after one year of satisfactory performance.

Requirements:

● Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.

● Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in the insurance industry is a plus

● Strong leadership skills with experience in building and managing a recruitment

● team.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

● Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

● Results-driven with a strong focus on achieving recruitment goals
