About the Role
Alpha HR is expanding rapidly. We are looking for energetic, driven, and outgoing Year 1–3 university students / fresh graduates/sales professionals with 1-2 years of sales and business development experience to join our recruitment consulting team on a part-time basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain real-world recruitment experience. You will work directly with clients across Marketing, Administrative, Banking & Finance, and Fintech sectors, and play an active role in matching talent with opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment process for clients — from candidate sourcing and interviewing to offer acceptance
Respond promptly and professionally to client requirements and requests
Interview and liaise with candidates to understand their strengths, preferences, and career goals
Provide career advice and guidance to candidates
Maintain and update the candidate database while actively promoting job openings to suitable talent
Requirements
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (you enjoy talking to people)
Outgoing, proactive, and results-oriented personality
Strong sense of ownership and eagerness to learn
Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
