1. Based on the company's strategic development plan, fully understand and master the current local policies and regulations regarding salary, incentives, benefits, and performance assessment in both domestic and overseas companies, and coordinate the establishment and optimization of the salary, incentive, and performance assessment systems for the headquarters and each subsidiary company;
2. Develop and manage the annual labor cost budget, regularly issue analysis reports on personnel efficiency and other aspects, providing data support and suggestions for salary strategies, annual budgets, and other related work;
3. Develop and manage domestic salary and welfare policies, conduct regular market salary surveys, output adjustment plans, and assist in promoting the establishment and implementation of related management work in overseas companies;
4. Build and continuously optimize the company's performance and incentive management system, clarify performance and incentive plans, formulate evaluation standards and tools, ensure that those who perform better receive more rewards, positions can be promoted or demoted, and personnel can enter or leave;
5. Organize and promote the implementation of performance evaluations by various departments, supervise the compliance and fairness of the process, collect and summarize data, and form analysis reports to provide a basis for business management decisions;
6. Complete other tasks assigned by the superior leader.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in human resources, social security, statistics, finance, etc. are preferred;
2. More than 5 years of experience in salary-related positions, proficient in salary design methods and familiar with the salary and benefits management process;
3. Clear thinking, with certain logical thinking ability and data processing capability;
4. Good communication and coordination skills, responsible and service-oriented, with good stress resistance and teamwork ability;
5. Possess good professional ethics and confidentiality awareness.
6. Have certain numerical sensitivity, strong logical thinking ability, proficient in using Office and other office software;
7. Capable of solving various problems, contradictions and conflicts in flexible and effective ways;
8. Those with professional qualification certificates in human resources such as IPMA or Enterprise Human Resources Manager are preferred;
9. Those with salary-related work experience in the automotive industry or foreign enterprises, multinational companies are preferred.
10. Those willing to undertake global business trips are preferred.
