Job Description
Conduct targeted headhunting projects to source high‑quality candidates for clients’ hiring mandates
Source new candidates through cold calling, database searches, networking, and online tools such as LinkedIn
Support senior consultants in all aspects, including updating mappings/lists/systems, conducting market research, and identifying strong candidates for meetings or calls
Job Requirements
More than2 yearsof full‑time working experience after graduation
Proficient inMandarin, Cantonese, and English
Bachelor’s degree or above
Experience inRecruitment,Financial services, orSalesis preferred
Energetic, hardworking, and demonstrates strong integrity
Able to work under pressure
