About our client:
Our client is a Hong Kong–based global supply chain solutions provider specializing in electronic component distribution, IT asset management, and customized strategies that help enterprises optimize procurement and reduce e‑waste. We are seeking a dynamic Channel Sales Manager to drive growth in the IT hardware recycling and secure asset disposal sector. This role is pivotal in expanding our footprint across Greater China and other Asian markets, working closely with channel partners, trade brokers, and enterprise clients to deliver sustainable and secure IT solutions.
The Role:
Develop and execute sales strategies to grow business in Hong Kong, Greater China, and Asia.
Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, trade brokers, and enterprise clients.
Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth through consultative selling.
Promote IT asset disposal (ITAD) and recycling services, ensuring compliance with data security and environmental standards.
Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
The Person:
• Proven B2B sales experience, ideally in IT hardware, recycling, sustainability, or technology services.
• Established network across Greater China and Asia with channel partners, brokers, or enterprise clients.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Target-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs.
• Fluency in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, sustainability-focused industry.
