Job Description
Major Responsibilities
- Assist in handling the relevant legal and regulatory compliance works of the company, including drafting and review of documents, participating in project-related meetings, filing etc.
- Provide support on regulatory compliance works and assist the company in maintaining good corporate governance
- Research on regulatory updates and relevant compliance issues
- Responsible for liaising with internal and external parties under supervision
- Perform any other ad hoc duties or projects as assigned
Requirements
- University degree holder in Laws (LLB) or related disciplines
- Minimum 2 to 3 years relevant working experience in financial industry, law firms or Fintech companies
- Experience in legal and regulatory compliance matters related to Fintech, electronic banking or IT application development is an advantage
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Good communication and interpersonal skills and able to work under pressure, attention to details and dedicated
