Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with Private Wealth Management clients by understanding their needs, delivering superior service, and providing regular updates on market developments and their portfolios.

• Acquire new High Net-Worth Clients and manage existing client relationships.

• Provide suitable investment advice aligned with clients’ needs, risk profiles, and the firm’s house views across various products and asset classes.

• Conduct detailed financial profiling and analysis, including risk assessment, asset allocation, investment horizon, and liquidity requirements.

• Prepare customized portfolio proposals based on clients’ investment objectives, allocating funds across funds, equities, and other asset classes.

• Actively review and monitor clients’ AUM, offering timely buy/sell/hold recommendations based on preferred allocations.

• Drive AUM growth and revenue generation through effective relationship management and strategic advisory.

• Ensure full compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience preferred.

• Strong client relationship management skills.

• Solid knowledge of financial products (e.g., funds, equities, margin financing, insurance, structured products).

• Bachelor’s degree or above in a business-related discipline.

• Good communication skills, with strong Mandarin speaking and writing ability preferred.
