Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced IT Relocation Project Manager to lead large-scale technology relocation and migration initiatives in a dynamic financial market environment. The role focuses on ensuring seamless planning and execution of IT infrastructure moves, system migrations, and office relocations with minimal business disruption.

Responsibilities:

· Lead end-to-end planning and execution of IT relocation and migration projects.

· Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and risks throughout the relocation lifecycle.

· Coordinate with internal IT teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure smooth transition of systems and data.

· Develop and implement detailed relocation strategies, including data center moves and infrastructure cutovers.

· Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and establish robust change management processes.

· Provide regular progress updates to senior management and drive post-relocation optimization.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.

· Minimum 8 years of IT project management experience, with at least 4 years focused on relocation, migration, or large-scale infrastructure projects.

· Proven track record delivering complex IT projects in the financial services industry.

· Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches).

· Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

· Experience managing budgets, vendors, and cross-functional teams in high-pressure environments.
