Duties:
1. Responsible for class opening and course construction, teaching materials management, teaching resource sorting, process handling, affairs coordination, and complaint handling;
2. Receive new signed students, do the student information statistics work, and master the students’ various information in advance to complete the student information file;
4. Focus on students’ learning status, provide learning advice, and promote secondary renewal and referrals by developing students’ learning needs;
5. Conduct student learning management and planning, such as regular follow-up visits, course scheduling and rescheduling, etc., and be responsible for student attendance;
6. Participate in departmental learning and evaluation activities, and submit feedback information as required.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, and Master's degree graduates are preferred, and fresh graduates are welcome;
2. Have at least one year of service-oriented job experience in the education and training industry, with sales awareness and service awareness, and good at renewal and introduction;
3. Have good communication and coordination and team collaboration skills, clear logical thinking, strong learning ability, strong sense of responsibility, and be able to complete tasks on time and adjust according to feedback;
4. Have excellent English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, familiar with two languages and three scripts (Mandarin, English, Cantonese)
