Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for contacting customers by letter or phone, handling overdue payments, and negotiating repayment arrangements.

• Answer customer inquiries, explain account status and related policies, and provide clear guidance.

• Perform general administrative tasks, including recording communication status, updating customer information and filing documents.

• Assist the team in achieving the overdue account processing target and ensure that operations comply with company standards and legal requirements.

Position requirements

• HKDSE or above academic qualifications.

• With2 years or more of financial company, bank or debt collection related work experience Priority will be given to those with experience.

• Have good communication skills, be able to operateFluent Cantonese, and be equipped withBasic English and Mandarin Communication skills.

• Familiar with basic computer word processing, including Microsoft Word, Excel And Chinese input method (Cangjie/Simplified).

• Careful and patient in handling cases, able to handle them in an orderly manner under pressure.
