Renovation Project Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Full responsibility for the progress, quality and cost control of the renovation project, ensuring that the project is completed on time and of high quality

• Deeply communicate with customers, understand and confirm their needs, design direction and budget range

• Develop a detailed project timeline and resource allocation plan, coordinate the workflow of each stage

• Coordinate the work schedule of the construction team and subcontractors, maintaining efficient communication and collaboration

• Regularly inspect construction sites, check construction safety, construction standards and engineering quality

• Follow up on the purchase, transportation, supply and site management of renovation materials

• Instantly handle problems and unexpected situations that arise during construction

• Prepare engineering progress reports, project briefings, and other relevant documents

• Lead the project acceptance process, including defect repair follow-up and final delivery

• Manage project contracts, file archiving and payment processes to ensure compliance and accuracy

• Assist the company in continuously optimizing construction processes and supply chain management

Work requirements

• Applicants with a higher diploma or above associate degree, majoring in engineering, interior design, civil engineering, etc. related fields are preferred

• Have 3 to 5 years of experience in interior design or project management

• Familiar with the characteristics of building materials, construction processes, and site safety management regulations

• Able to independently responsible for the full life cycle management of the project, and have good customer communication skills

• Have excellent time management and multi-task coordination skills

• Proficient in AutoCAD or able to read construction drawings is preferred

• Proficient in Cantonese, with good writing and oral communication skills; those who understand Mandarin and English are even better

• Holds a valid Hong Kong work visa or relevant qualifications, including Hong Kong permanent residents, high talent pass, outstanding talent pass, IANG, dependent visa or other work permit types

• Working hours are from Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, with flexible work hours and a five-day work week
