Job Title: Real Estate Sales Manager/Sales Consultant/Channel Sales/ Self-Sales/Distribution Sales

Job Responsibilities:

l

l （Self-selling team）Utilize the company's marketing and promotion platform to develop customers on our own, and directly promote real estate transactions;

l

l Plan and execute cooperation strategies, promote business development on both sides, continuously track cooperation results, optimize models, and improve sales conversion rate;

l Provide professional Greater Bay Area real estate buying and selling brokerage services to customers, complete daily sales work, and need to travel to the Greater Bay Area;

l Lead customer contact, needs analysis, property recommendation, on-site viewing, and closing the complete sales process;

l Handle sales records and related documents;

l Assist in organizing marketing and promotion activities, strengthen customers and partners’ awareness of our brand and products;

l Company external image representative, need to show professionalism and credibility, and establish a long-term stable cooperation network with all parties.

Requirements:

l College degree or above;

l Applicants with real estate or customer service experience will be given priority (newcomers welcome);

l

l Willing to accept challenges and pursue high performance;

l Strong in channel development and construction, resource integration;

l Excellent communication and expression skills;

l Able to speak fluent Cantonese and Mandarin.
