Job Description
Responsibilities
Act as the architectural representative on site
Monitor construction works for compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and client representatives
Review shop drawings, material submissions, and site queries
Conduct site inspections, attend meetings, and prepare site reports
Requirements
Degree in Architecture
5+ years’ relevant experience, including site supervision
Experience on large‑scale building projects preferred
Good knowledge of construction detailing
Cantonese and Mandarin required; English an advantage
Macau project experience or registration preferred
