To meet with our fast expansion plan in HK and Mainland China, we are recruiting a Resident Assistant Project Manager – M&E with attractive remuneration and well promotion opportunity, under the following requirements:</p><p></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><p>1. Report to Project Director / Project Manager</p><p>2. Station on site</p><p>3. 5.5 days work per week</p><p>4. Assist Project Manager on the project management and quality assurance works, including but not limited to:</p><p>- site monitoring / inspection</p><p>- quality of works inspection</p><p>- detail drawing checking</p><p>- meeting and coordination works</p><p>- defect rectification verification</p><p>- payment arrangement</p><p>- project appraisal – M&E aspects</p><p>- M&E consultant appointment</p><p>- M&E contract procurement</p><p>- design review on M&E aspects and</p><p>- submission coordination</p><p>5. Cost and time control</p><p>6. Conceptual design for feasibility study</p><p>7. Assist in project acquisition</p><p>8. Accountable for the success of the projects assigned</p><p></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p>A. Member of HKIE or other relevant professional body</p><p>B. Not less than 5 years relevant post-qualification project management experience, preferred in Real Estate Developer</p><p>C. HK project experience is a must</p><p>D. Responsible and reliable</p><p>E. Self-initiative and hard working under pressure</p><p>F. Good communication skill</p><p>G. Skillful in prevailing computer software</p><p>H. Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Fluency in Putonghua is an advantage</p>
