Far East Consortium International Ltd is a renowned Real Estate Developer in HK. To meet with our fast expansion plan in HK and Mainland China, we are recruiting a Resident Assistant Project Manager – M&E with attractive remuneration and well promotion opportunity, under the following requirements:

Responsibilities

1. Report to Project Director / Project Manager

2. Station on site

3. 5.5 days work per week

4. Assist Project Manager on the project management and quality assurance works, including but not limited to:

- site monitoring / inspection

- quality of works inspection

- detail drawing checking

- meeting and coordination works

- defect rectification verification

- payment arrangement

- project appraisal – M&E aspects

- M&E consultant appointment

- M&E contract procurement

- design review on M&E aspects and

- submission coordination

5. Cost and time control

6. Conceptual design for feasibility study

7. Assist in project acquisition

8. Accountable for the success of the projects assigned

Requirements

A. Member of HKIE or other relevant professional body

B. Not less than 5 years relevant post-qualification project management experience, preferred in Real Estate Developer

C. HK project experience is a must

D. Responsible and reliable

E. Self-initiative and hard working under pressure

F. Good communication skill

G. Skillful in prevailing computer software

H. Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Fluency in Putonghua is an advantage
