Position Overview

The HR Manager will be fully responsible for all human resources operations at the Shenzhen office, supporting business growth and ensuring all HR policies comply with Chinese labor regulations. This role requires close collaboration with management and employees to build a positive, efficient, and high-performance work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources Responsibilities

  • Oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation & benefits, and employee relations.

  • Partner with department heads to understand manpower needs and develop effective hiring plans.

  • Formulate, refine, and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company standards and China Labor Law.

  • Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives to strengthen corporate culture.

  • Manage HR data analysis, workforce planning, and headcount management.

  • Provide professional HR advisory and support for management decision-making.

  • Organize training and development programs to enhance employee capability and leadership skills.

  • Handle employee disputes and disciplinary matters fairly and in full compliance.

  • Maintain strong communication with government authorities, vendors, and service providers to ensure compliance.

Operational Responsibilities

  • Recruit and onboard new Shenzhen hires efficiently while ensuring complete and compliant documentation.

  • Manage employee contracts, coordinate payroll processes, and oversee performance review cycles.

  • Ensure smooth daily office operations, including permit processing, office services coordination, and travel arrangements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.

  • Strong knowledge of China Labor Law and relevant regulations.

  • Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust across all levels.

  • Fluency in both Chinese and English as working languages.

  • Experience in multinational corporations or fast-growing companies is a plus.
