Responsibilities

• Oversee daily front-of-house operations to ensure smooth service, prompt guest seating, timely order delivery, and excellent customer experiences.

• Supervise, train, and motivate service staff; create schedules, monitor attendance, and conduct performance feedback to maintain high service standards.

• Handle guest relations and resolve complaints professionally and promptly, turning issues into positive dining experiences and protecting the restaurant’s reputation.

• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to manage food quality, timing, portion control, and menu knowledge; assist in implementing specials and promotions.

• Monitor inventory levels for front-of-house supplies, assist with stock control, and liaise with purchasing to avoid shortages and waste.

• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations; ensure cleanliness and organization of dining areas and staff adherence to hygiene protocols.

• Support management in achieving sales targets through upselling, implementing promotions, and contributing ideas for local marketing and events.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a supervisory or assistant manager role in traditional Thai restaurant.

• Strong customer-service orientation with excellent communication skills in English; Thai language skills are a plus.

• Proven leadership ability: experience training teams, managing schedules, and maintaining staff performance and morale.

• Solid event and marketing understanding of restaurant operations including POS systems, basic cash handling, inventory control, event & marketing and cost-awareness.

• High attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a proactive, positive attitude toward continuous improvement.

• Experience in e-commerce, KOL coordination and cross-platform content management.
