Job Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the store to ensure smooth operations
- Lead and motivate your team to achieve sales targets
- Provide excellent customer service, handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Manage inventory, ordering and display arrangements
- Execute promotional activities and market promotion plans
- Training new employees
- Write a business report and submit it to your supervisor
Requirements:
- Have at least 2 years of retail management experience
- Excellent communication skills and leadership ability
- Have sales-oriented thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Familiar with POS systems and basic computer operations
