Key Responsibilities

• Support leasing strategy and execution for retail portfolio

• Source and secure tenants, including retail, F&B, and lifestyle brands

• Assist in tenant mix planning to enhance asset positioning and attract target customers

• Conduct leasing negotiations, renewals, and tenancy documentation

• Build and maintain relationships with tenants, agents, and business partners

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and rental benchmarks

• Prepare leasing proposals, reports, and presentations for management

• Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, asset management) to support leasing campaigns and tenant onboarding

• Follow up on leasing enquiries and ensure smooth deal closure process

• Support promotional and marketing initiatives to improve footfall and occupancy

Requirements

• Degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines

• Experience in retail leasing, preferably with exposure to malls or street shop portfolios

• Good understanding of Hong Kong retail market and tenant mix strategy

• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Proactive, detail‑oriented, and commercially driven

• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple assignments

• Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
