What You’ll Do:

· Oversee daily store operations, including managing staff, keeping inventory on point, and driving sales.

· Lead and inspire your team to meet and exceed sales goals while delivering top-notch customer service.

· Develop creative strategies to boost store performance and profitability.

· Make sure our store looks amazing with eye-catching displays and a neat layout.

· Handle customer concerns with care and ensure every shopper leaves happy.

· Manage the store budget, from payroll to operating expenses, keeping everything running smoothly.

· Work closely with merchandise supply to keep our shelves stocked with the products customers love.

· Team up with marketing to bring exciting promotions and events to life.

· Train your team regularly on products, sales skills, and customer service excellence.

· Analyze sales data and market trends to make smart, informed decisions.

· Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and legal regulations.

· Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store environment.

· Collaborate with HR on recruitment, onboarding, and supporting your team’s growth.

· Provide timely and accurate reports on sales, inventory, team performance, and any store incidents or updates to the Retail Director.

· Foster a positive and fun workplace where everyone is motivated and valued.

What We’re Looking For:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or similar experience is a plus.

· Proven experience managing a retail store or a similar leadership role.

· Strong leadership skills with the ability to connect and motivate your team.

· Great communication and problem-solving abilities.

· Comfortable using POS systems, retail software, and Microsoft Office.

· Good with numbers and managing budgets.

· Able to juggle multiple tasks and keep things organized in a busy environment.

· A genuine passion for customer service and creating memorable experiences.

· Flexible to work weekends and holidays when needed.

· Any retail management certifications or training are a bonus!

Your main responsibilities:

· Manage the daily operation of the store, including employee management, inventory maintenance, and sales promotion.

We expect you to have:

· Bachelor's degree in business management, retail management or related fields is preferred.

· Have extensive work experience as a retail store manager or in a related leadership position.

· Excellent leadership skills and interpersonal communication skills.

· Excellent problem analysis and solving skills.

· Familiar with POS systems, retail management software, and Microsoft Office.

· Good financial literacy, able to effectively manage budgets.

· Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, maintaining high efficiency.

· Passionate about customer service, focused on creating exceptional customer experiences.

· Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

· Hold a retail management certificate or have undergone professional training, especially those who are interested in retail management.
