Job Description
The Client:

What are your responsibilities?
- Assist and directly report to the Head of Finance
- Responsible for daily billing and AR duties
- Maintain and file all AR records and correspondences; and conduct AR reports
- Work closely with fee earners/ partners for any outstanding invoice chasing activities
- Facilitate bill negotiations with responsible partners and acquire approval for reduced fees or write off arrangements
- Assist and resolve settlement issues with China clients including Chinese invoicing with VAT and completing the tax bureau forms
What skills/qualification will you need?
- Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines
- Min 6 years of AR & credit control experience gained from international law firms or professional firms
- Proficient knowledge in MS Word and Excel
- Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
