Key Responsibilities

• Risk Assessment & Advisory: Conduct comprehensive financial and risk assessments to identify potential threats to clients' personal, family, and business financial well-being. Provide professional recommendations on risk mitigation and protection strategies.

• Client Consultation: Develop a deep understanding of clients' financial goals, lifestyle needs, and risk exposure. Provide tailored solutions involving life, health, critical illness, retirement, and wealth protection planning.

• Wealth Protection & Financial Security Planning: Assist clients in integrating risk management solutions into their overall financial plans, helping them safeguard assets, maintain financial stability, and achieve long-term objectives.

• Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through regular reviews, proactive communication, and ongoing support. Deliver exceptional service and become a trusted advisor throughout the client's financial journey.

• Business Development: Expand your professional network and build your client portfolio through referrals, relationship building, networking events, and market outreach activities.

• Policy & Service Support: Guide clients through application processes, policy reviews, claims support, renewals, and policy updates to ensure a seamless client experience.

Requirements

• Aged 18 or above

• Degree holder or above in any discipline preferred

• Fresh graduates and candidates with 0-3+ years of working experience are welcome

• Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills

• Proficiency in spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin

• Strong relationship-building and client service mindset

• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities

• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
