Operational & Technology Risk Manager

Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Run RCSA process for operational & technology risks.
Oversee IT and cyber risk controls (HSM, key management, access rights, penetration testing).
Lead BCP and disaster recovery testing.
Maintain operational risk incident register, escalation and remediation tracking.
Oversee AML/CFT risk monitoring in coordination with Compliance (sanctions, KYC, STR timeliness).
Report risk metrics and incidents to CRO and Board Risk Committee.
Qualifications & Experience
7–10 years in operational risk, technology risk, or IT audit.
Strong knowledge of cyber resilience, operational controls, and vendor risk.
Familiarity with AML/CFT risk frameworks.
Prior experience in payments, fintech, or digital assets preferred.
