Job Description:

• Develop, implement and review credit strategies to facilitate the credit process workflow related to approval and compliance issues;
• Conduct credit approvals on all credit risk control measures to prevent credit loss and minimize credit risk;
• Ensure that the approval of new unsecured lending applications and credit review meets service standards and regulatory compliance requirements;
• Monitor delinquency, over-limit and charge-off ratios at acceptable levels;
• Analyze delinquent accounts and prepare reports on highest risk accounts including findings recommendations and suggestion;
• Monitor exception approval and key risk triggers to comply with credit risk requirement;
• Review reports to monitor the unsecured lending portfolio quality to Management; and
• Coordinate with IT department to improve the system, process and workflow

Job Requirements:

• Degree holderor above in Finance, Risk Management, Statistic or related disciplines;
• At least 5 years of experience in retail credit/mortgage approval, exposure in treasury credit is definitely an advantage;
• Well versed with credit judgment for both personal lending and mortgage loan
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to clearly articulate approval justifications (written and verbal);
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese. Mandarin is an advantage; and
• Proactive, independent and open-minded quick-learner.
