Job Responsibilities:
The main responsibility of a safety supervisor is to ensure that the workplace complies with occupational safety and health regulations and to ensure the health and safety of employees by supervising and implementing various safety measures. Specific job responsibilities include regular inspections of the workplace, evaluation of potential hazards, and submission of improvement suggestions to eliminate or reduce risks; at the same time, supervise employees to ensure that they comply with safety regulations, such as wearing personal protective equipment, operating equipment correctly, and following standard work processes. In addition, safety supervisors are also responsible for participating or assisting in safety training to enhance employees’ safety awareness and skills, and for participating in accident investigations, analyzing causes and developing prevention measures when accidents occur. In their daily work, supervisors are required to write relevant reports, such as safety inspection reports and accident reports, and promptly report the results to their superiors. Finally, the position is also responsible for promoting safety culture, encouraging employees to actively participate in safety management, and jointly creating a safer work environment.
Requirements:
1. Have knowledge of occupational safety and health management, and be familiar with local occupational safety and health regulations.
2. Able to conduct independent safety inspections, identify potential hazards and provide effective improvement suggestions.
3. Excellent communication skills, able to clearly express safety requirements and guide employees to correctly execute.
4. Familiar with safety training procedures, able to design or assist in related courses.
5. Have basic written report skills, be able to accurately record inspection results and accident analysis.
6. Passionate about safety management work, with a strong sense of responsibility and team spirit.
7. Relevant work experience is preferred, but interested applicants in the safety field are welcome to apply.
