Job Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team by managing client records, updating databases, and maintaining accurate documentation of sales activities.

• Coordinate communication between clients and internal departments to ensure timely responses and smooth execution of service delivery.

• Assist in preparing sales reports, quotations, contracts, and presentations using standard company templates and procedures.

• Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries from clients with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Support the organization of client meetings, events, and follow-up actions as required by the sales management team.

• Higher Diploma or Associate Degree holder in business administration, marketing, or a related field from a recognized institution.

• Prior internship experience or entry-level exposure in sales coordination or client service roles is preferred but not mandatory.

• Proficiency in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin is essential for effective communication with diverse clients and stakeholders.

• Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to produce clear and professional documents.

• Applicants must be Hong Kong Permanent Residents or hold valid work permits such as IANG, Dependent Visa, TTPS, QMAS, or other approved employment visas.

• Competitive monthly salary ranging from HKD 15,000 to 20,000 based on qualifications and experience.
