Key Responsibilities

• Provide personalised sales consultation on premium bedding and sleep-related products

• Communicate brand stories and product knowledge with confidence and clarity

• Demonstrate a genuine interest in sustainable living and eco-conscious products

• Deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships with both retail and trade clients

• Manage daily store operations and ensure a welcoming, brand-aligned shopping experience

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in line with company expectations

• Independently follow up on client quotations, orders, and after-sales service

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints with professionalism

• Coordinate with the merchandising team to ensure accurate order processing

• Collaborate with interior designers and industry professionals to explore business opportunities

• Willingness to work on weekends and shift schedules

Requirements

• HKCEE / DSE graduate or above

• Minimum 1 year of experience in luxury retail (3+ years for Senior Sales Advisor consideration)

• Background in made-to-order furniture, home décor, luxury bedding, or interior design is a plus

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills

• Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities

• Confident, proactive, and creative mindset

• Proficient in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
