Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential clients by introducing Digital Experience, MarTech, AI/Automation, e-Commerce, and Website/CMS Solutions to customers and partners.

  • Explore new business opportunities across Hong Kong, Taiwan, and APAC to expand the company’s solution footprint.

  • Prepare professional solution proposals, sales quotations, tender/RFP documents, and coordinate product or solution presentations.

  • Manage the entire sales cycle, including lead qualification, presentation, proposal preparation, follow-up actions, and final deal closing.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, and proactively develop new business opportunities.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to generate and follow up on leads and marketing events.

  • Provide pre-sales support (requirements discovery, solution briefing) and post-sales coordination (handover to project teams, client communication).

  • Work closely with internal consultants, project managers, and technical teams to ensure successful delivery of client projects.

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, Computer Studies, or related disciplines.

  • Fresh graduates with strong interest in MarTech / SaaS / Digital Solutions are welcome to apply.

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

  • Proactive, self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently with a positive "can-do" attitude.

  • Strong willingness to learn about digital transformation, marketing technology, and AI-driven solutions.

  • Experience in software sales, solution sales, digital agency, IT consulting, or business development is an advantage.

  • Experience in account management or managing enterprise clients is a plus.

  • Detail-minded, organized, and a good team player.

  • Good command of English; fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin.

  • Business travel may be required.

Candidates with more experience will be considered for Senior Sales Executive / Senior Business Development Executive.
