Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for developing new customers and maintaining existing customer relationships, providing professional sales consulting services
- Develop a personal sales plan based on company goals and actively achieve performance indicators
- Understand customer needs, recommend suitable products or service solutions, and complete transactions
- Regularly follow up with potential customers, track sales progress and record relevant information
- Collaborate with team members, participate in sales meetings and training, and enhance overall business performance
- Have good communication skills, be able to build trust relationships with different types of customers
- Patient and detailed personality, able to maintain a positive attitude and continue to push progress forward when faced with challenges
- Value interpersonal interaction and have a passion for helping others solve problems
- Have basic office software operation skills, be able to properly manage customer data and sales records
