We are seeking energetic and motivated individuals to join our team as part-time Sales and Promoters for commercial and marketing products. This role offers the opportunity to engage with customers and promote exciting products in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively promote and demonstrate our subscription services to potential customers.
• Provide information and answer questions about our services and subscription options.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage subscriptions.
• Identify and qualify potential leads through customer interactions.
• Maintain knowledge of service features, benefits, and pricing to effectively communicate value.
• Assist in organizing promotional events and marketing campaigns.
• Achieve weekly sales targets and performance metrics.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.
• Provide feedback on customer interactions to improve service offerings.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in marketing is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Outgoing personality with a passion for customer interaction.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed.
• Prior sales or promotional experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to adapt to different customer personalities and sales situations.

Job Type:

Salary:

• $9,000.00 - $14,999.00 per month, based on experience

Expected Hours:

• No less than 32 hours per week, varied based on events and promotions
