Sales and marketing specialist

• Responsible for potential customer development, resource expansion, and full follow-up sales process, including requirement analysis, solution recommendation, quotation coordination and contract signing, etc.

• Through phone calls, emails, social platforms, and in-person visits, actively reach out to your target customers, build and maintain long-term stable customer relationships

• Support market promotion activities, assist in sorting customer feedback and market information, and support sales strategy optimization and product positioning adjustment

• Complete daily customer contact volume, intention customer registration, and sales progress update on time, and regularly submit business reports

• Collaborate with internal teams (such as technology, logistics, customer service) to ensure smooth order delivery, enhance customer satisfaction and repeat purchase rate

• 3 to 5 years of sales representative or consulting related work experience, those with B2B sales background or industrial, trade, service industry experience are preferred

• Proficient in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English, able to communicate fluently in three languages and write documents

• Honest and reliable, strong sense of responsibility, good stress resistance and self-motivation, able to independently plan daily work and achieve sales targets

• Must have basic physical fitness to support occasional on-site customer visits, product handling and support tasks

• Monthly salary of HKD$10,000 (fixed) with a chance to increase commission or more benefits.

• Five-day work week (Monday to Friday), with daily working hours from 9 am to 5 pm

• Working location is at No. 10 Changyi Street, Cheung Sha Wan, Hong Kong, with convenient transportation and a clean and orderly office environment

• Employment candidates must be Hong Kong permanent residents or hold valid "High-end Talent Pass", "Outstanding Talent Entry Scheme", "Non-local Graduates Stay/Return to Hong Kong Employment Arrangement (IANG)", "Dependent Entry Visa" or other legal work permits
