About Milestone Three

Milestone Three is a specialist consultancy providing high-impact communication, pitching, and presentation training to corporate leaders and teams. We help professionals communicate with clarity, confidence, and influence in high-stakes business situations.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced part-time sales professional to support lead generation and early-stage business development for our corporate training services. This role is focused on identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential corporate clients, then setting up initial conversations with senior stakeholders.

This position is well suited to someone experienced in selling training, consulting, or professional services to corporate clients in Hong Kong and/or across Asia

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify new corporate leads for communication and presentation training

  • Proactively approach prospects via LinkedIn, email, referrals, and other appropriate channels

  • Engage senior decision-makers including Heads of Sales, HR, L&D, General Managers, and Executives

  • Understand client needs and identify relevant training opportunities

  • Arrange introductory meetings with qualified leads

  • Track outreach activity and maintain basic pipeline visibility

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience selling corporate training, consulting, or professional services

  • Familiar with corporate buying and decision-making processes

  • Comfortable speaking with senior stakeholders and decision-makers

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

  • Self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently

  • Experience with LinkedIn outreach and relationship-based sales is preferred

Compensation & Working Arrangement

This is a part-time, flexible role . Compensation will be discussed with shortlisted candidates.
