Job Description
Position name: Sales Director
- Lead the sales team to expand mainland China market business, develop and implement market development strategies
- Responsible for building and maintaining cooperative relationships with important customers, enhancing brand influence and market share
- Analyze market trends and competitive situation, and propose competitive sales solutions
- Monitor sales performance, set goals and guide the team to achieve sales targets
- Coordinate with other departments and promote business process optimization and resource integration
- Have extensive sales management experience, with successful cases of leading teams to expand the mainland market
- Have excellent communication and negotiation skills, and be able to effectively expand and maintain customer relationships
- Goal-oriented, with good strategic planning and team leadership skills
- Able to adapt to business trips, with cross-cultural communication skills and stress resistance
